Ameriplan membership plans are not insurance. They provide access to healthcare savings, services and participating-provider programs according to the applicable membership.

If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of becoming a member, you may cancel your membership in writing to Ameriplan Bank and Credit Card Services by mail to Ameriplan Corporation, 5000 Legacy Drive, Suite 300, Plano, TX 75024, by fax to (469) 229-4595, or by email to cancel@ameriplanusa.com. In order to receive your membership fee refund you must return the membership identification cards. The one-time registration fee and money paid for healthcare services and products are not refundable. After 30 days membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time by written request and the return of your membership cards. Attempts to cancel by telephone will not be accepted.
Cancelling online
Your confirmation email and its PDF contain a link that cancels your membership from this website. It shows you the membership first and records your request when you confirm it, which counts as a request in writing. Customer Support will confirm the cancellation by email. If a payment is due in the next day or two, contact Customer Support as well so it can be stopped in time.
